Description
Sillage Rocky carries the same wake into stone. The band has a Rocky finish, irregular and rough like freshly split rock, and the polished wave runs through it like a gorge carved over millennia: around it the surface stays rugged, while along the line the metal is smooth, because that is where the water has worked. It is the toughest version of the collection, and also the one that says the simplest thing: only something that has passed for a very long time leaves a mark like this. Handmade to order in our atelier.

The Sillage collection is born of the wake, the trace that water keeps of what has passed. On each wedding band that wake is a wavy engraving that runs all the way round the band without ever breaking, and, like a watercourse, it can only be recognised when seen from above, as a whole. It does not divide the ring into two parts: it is the point where the two halves meet. Each piece is handmade to order, with a choice of stone, metal and size.
