Description
Écrin Emerald encloses a rectangular step-cut emerald in a frame of small round brilliant cut diamonds, which follows its edges and brings out the green. The setting rests on a band that divides in two: two fine wires run close together on one side of the hand and open apart on the other, so the stone seems held in suspension between two lines. An engagement ring for those who choose colour over a white diamond alone. Handmade to order in our atelier.

The Écrin collection takes its name from the case in which a piece of jewellery is kept. Here the case is part of the ring: a frame of small diamonds encloses the centre stone on every side and holds it close, like a precious object resting in its box. At the centre sits the coloured stone, around it the light of the diamonds tracing its outline. Each piece of jewellery is handmade to order, with a choice of stone, metal and size.
